Founding Organisation of Construction Desert Schools
CDS was conceived, developed, and funded by SCPM Training and Consult as its flagship executive construction leadership experience.
Drawing upon SCPM's commitment to professional development, international best practice, and practical industry learning, CDS was created to address a critical gap in the construction sector: the disconnect between classroom learning and real-world project delivery.
By bringing together contracts, project delivery, finance, risk, technology, leadership, and live project environments, CDS reflects SCPM's vision of developing professionals who can lead with confidence in increasingly complex construction and infrastructure environments.
Today, SCPM continues to serve as the programme organiser, strategic lead, and steward of the CDS platform, working alongside faculty, industry leaders, partners, and global stakeholders to deliver a world-class learning experience.
