With a career spanning multi-billion-dollar projects and diverse project environments, Mustapha combines deep technical expertise with practical leadership experience, enabling professionals to connect theory, contracts, and project delivery in real-world settings.
As a FIDIC Certified Trainer and FIDIC Certified Consulting Professional, he has trained construction professionals, consultants, contractors, and project leaders across multiple sectors, helping organisations strengthen their capabilities in project governance, contract administration, risk management, and project delivery.
Mustapha also holds internationally recognised certifications in project management and planning, including Project Management Professional (PMP®), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and advanced expertise in Primavera Project Planning and Controls.
Throughout his career, he has overseen and contributed to projects with a cumulative value exceeding USD 3 billion, providing him with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern construction and infrastructure projects.
As a Founding Partner and Director of SCPM Training and Consult, Mustapha is committed to developing the next generation of construction leaders through practical learning, international best practice, and real-world industry experience.

Robert A. Werth

Robert A. Werth is an international dispute resolution practitioner with a background in civil engineering, construction, and major infrastructure projects. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, appointed to the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators, and publicly appointed and sworn as an expert for quantum and FIDIC conditions.
Earlier in his career, Robert served as Principal Engineer and held management responsibility for large and extra-large infrastructure projects before becoming a full-time dispute resolution practitioner. Since then, he has served as arbitrator, adjudicator, dispute board member, and expert witness on international contracts.
He has been appointed by leading bodies including the ICC, the President of FIDIC, LCIA, the German Arbitration Institute, KfW, the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association, and the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 2020 to 2024, he served as ICC Germany’s delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
