1. About this agreement
This Website User Agreement applies to the Construction Desert Schools website and related online services. Construction Desert Schools (CDS) is organised and operated by SCPM Training and Consult L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (SCPM).
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about CDS programmes, events, applications, partnerships, faculty, news and related activities. It also provides forms through which users may submit applications, enquiries, subscriptions and expressions of interest.
Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, investment, contractual or other professional advice.
3. Eligibility and user information
• Users must be at least 18 years old, or have the lawful authority and consent required in their jurisdiction.
• Information submitted through the website must be accurate, current and complete.
• Users must not impersonate another person or submit information without lawful authority.
• Applications and registrations remain subject to programme availability, suitability review, payment and written confirmation by SCPM.
4. Acceptable use

Registration, cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy supplied during registration.

8. Privacy, cookies and media
Personal information is handled according to the CDS Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the CDS Cookie Policy. Programme photography and recording are addressed in the Media Consent and Release Policy.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCPM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply under law.

SCPM may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, programme or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published with its updated date.
